Non-Refundable Digital Products

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital downloads

• Software files

• Source code files

• AI-generated assets

• Any downloadable digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we cannot guarantee that the product has not already been downloaded, copied, or used.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

• You did not receive the product due to a verified technical issue
